LRMS has finalize its Multi-lingual OPAC and "Easy Search" Library Catalog. This includes our Standard Online Public Access Catalog and a simple to use "Easy Search" Catalog. Easy Search is button activated for use by the librarian or Library Patron. Designed for all ages using "Graphical Buttons" for Title, Author, Subject, Reading Levels; search for Lexile reading levels and other popular Reading Program levels. We have added a well organized Dewey Decimal materials Graphical search that displays only those materials present within your collection.

Easy...well is just plain EASY. Click here to try it.Online Public Access Catalog. Customers will have an opportunity to move to this catalog immediately, This is a Multi-lingual interface and is all browser compatible.

"New OPAC"

LRMS is in the final stages of completion of its new and improved Online Public Access Catalog. Customers will have an opportunity to move to this catalog soon, we intend to offer a "Kids Catalog" as well and it will include a Kid's size Graphic interface for searching the library.

We are grateful to Jon Fisher of Fisher Computer Services who has been instrumental in providing ideas and the coding of this project.

We are very excited and invite you to view our work in progress. This OPAC design utilizes the latest technology of Google Translate for language display and Internet Explorer 8. "What is Library Circles?"

Recently LRMS was given the privilege to develop a new concept around a community of six libraries in the State of Oregon. These libraries had thought about the direction they wanted to move towards well before we met them, they had begun by using a unique 14 digit book numbering system to identify each library."See". "Circles" is the ability to add multiple libraries together within one database for the purposes of allowing all Library Patrons the opportunity to use any of the Circle Libraries.
"Circles" provides for easy resource sharing with a better and broader balance of collection materials for patrons without the need for repetative titles.
"Circles" allows for point and click Inter Library Loan, transfer ILL materials through G3's Circulation. Easily transfer library materials to and from circle libraries, example; send one or many copies of any Title to a Circle library with a few clicks of the mouse, print a transfer ticket and send them on their way. How Cool is that?.
"Circles" What your worried about materials ending up in the wrong place? Don't worry; G3 knows where everything belongs and warns you of materials that are not from your library.
